As of this morning Bloomberg’s account manager confirmed for a Paladin spokesman that the Bloomberg Terminal loan find program has been removed from the terminal options.

Bloomberg Terminal shuts down its Loan Find ProgramThe Bloomberg Terminal shut down it’s Loan Find program that it had sold to hundreds of attorneys and securitization/forensic auditors across the country. Suggestions have been made that the banks pressured Bloomberg to shut down its program.  However, the official statement from account managers at Bloomberg is that information contained in the Loan Find program was being sold to non-subscribers.

Homeowners were getting information that proved their loans were still actively trading and that the trusts were not showing losses – at least not in the amount the foreclosure attorneys claimed.  This essentially removes all of the “seminar trained” auditors that have no other access to looking up loans.

Paladin Securitization Auditors stands alone in this market with it’s ability to identify loans through its internal system.

If you’re securitization audit company was previously using the Bloomberg Terminal and you are searching for another company to perform your mortgage and securitization audits, Paladin has not been affected by the shut down of the Loan Find program.
